Based in, and serving Michigan exclusively, we have a passion for not only providing the most comprehensive insurance coverage packages for each individual's needs, but also providing the knowledge and education to glean the most value from each aspect of those services.
JACLYN TERZO
OFFICE MANAGER
Jaclyn joined the Leo Terzo Agency team in late 2018. She comes from a long background of service, going back nearly 10 years. Her service career has included retail, real estate service & processing, and customer service in the performance racing agency. Jaclyn has held her insurance licenses since 2017.
As the office manager and lead customer service representative, her job is to make sure the office operates smoothly and that all customer needs are met. In her spare time Jaclyn likes to read, camp, and go for walks with her dog Kennedy.

I am a licensed multi-line agent. I have spent the last year working under veteran agent Lenore Pichler (30+ years with Farm Bureau). Charles joined our team after long time of banking & sales history. His unique personality and caring characteristics makes him a great fit for our agency.
Outside of the office, Charles is well known at a local level and national level, where he announces and commentates for truck pulls, tractor pulls, and racing events. In addition, he is the host of a successful podcast called "Sidetracked"
